Must host on a Mon, Tues, or Wed from 4pm-8am

SPREAD THE WORD

Promote your event and don’t forget to invite family and friends!

ENJOY

Order in-store or over the phone. They must mention the fundraiser in order for the order to count.

FRIENDLY REMINDERS

  • Spirit Nights can only be held on a Mon, Tue, or Wed from 4pm-8pm.

  • Gift Cards will not be counted towards the PTA or organization’s sales.

  • Fundraisers must generate a minimum of $100 to receive a check.

  • Teachers, administrators, and/or organization representatives are welcome, for the designated night, to work as greeters or they may hand out goods.

  • Customers must mention the fundraiser at checkout for their order to be counted towards the designated fundraiser.

  • Percentage and minimum is based on net sales.

Your school or organization is responsible for

  • Spread the word about this event at your school or organization.

  • Your success relies on how effectively you promote it.

  • Inform us in advance if you will have any volunteers. They should come 30 minutes early for training and preparation.

  • Please dress casually and comfortably, preferably in your organization's gear or colors.

That Smoothie Place is responsible for

  • Providing staff to train volunteers.

    Assisting throughout the evening.

  • Making TSP a “FUN” place for families to visit.

  • Processing the check.

TIP ON HOW TO CREATE A SUCCESSFUL TSP FUNDRAISING EVENT

  • Utilize willing staff, administrators, and parents as friendly greeters.

  • Use balloons in the organization's colors inside and outside of TSP on the event night.

  • Put flyers in staff mailboxes to remind them about the event.

  • Ask the school principal to announce the fundraiser during morning announcements one week before and on the event day.

  • Promote the event at other school functions like sporting events or rallies.

  • Display the event date on the school reader board.

  • Send mass emails weeks before and on the day of the event.

  • Feature the event on your website and social media accounts. Wear organization-related clothing. Post about the event once a week on the town/city’s social media page starting one month before the event and on the day of the event.
